About us

With the joint experience of our founders, Viña Santa Marina was established in 1999 on the beautiful estate 9 km away from Mérida.

The bodega is surrounded by our vineyard, a highly exhaustive selection of grape varieties. The red ones chosen were Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, and white variety Viognier that never had been grown in this area before. We have also recovered white grape variety Montúa from extinction.

Our experience and enthusiasm has made Viña Santa Marina a place in the world of quality wines.
