Tasting notes
The way it hits the glass tells us something about its harmonious body. Dark purple nuances on bigarreau cherry red are a testament to the thoroughness winemaking practices and long ageing in French and American oak casks. It combines the aromas of the grape variety with fermentation and ageing. The fore-palate is smooth, giving way to a rich, lush texture, until revealing the aromas of berries and sweet and toasted woods.
